At Nawari, each product is handmade and packed carefully. As a small team, we do our best to ship your order safely and on time. Below are the details about shipping, processing, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Delivery Areas
We ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, India Post, Bluedart, and DTDC.
Processing Time
Standard orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. Pre-orders may take up to 1 week.
We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals, or courier delays. We will inform you if we expect any significant delay.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping across India: ₹100.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use that link to track your package any time.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing:

- Orders shipped by third-party couriers are subject to the courier’s terms and local delivery procedures.
- Any customs, duties, or taxes for international shipments (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
- For address-related delivery failures (wrong address provided by customer), additional re-shipment charges may apply.
