Frequently Asked Questions.

01. The order

When do I receive my order?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Processing usually takes 0–1 working day, after which your order will be shipped. Delivery timelines depend on your location but are typically 4–5 working days across India.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our support team at support@nawari.shop to request a cancellation or modification. Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or changed.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, after payment, you can download your invoice directly from your Nawari account dashboard, or request it by emailing us.

02. Shipment

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a small convenience fee may apply.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this link to track your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be added soon.

03. Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD (Cash on Delivery).

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available for selected pin codes across India with a small convenience fee.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed via secure, encrypted gateways to protect your data.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received. Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@nawari.shop with your order details and product images.

Do you allow exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are possible if you receive a defective product or a wrong item. Exchange availability depends on stock.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we usually process it within 5–7 working days after receiving the product back at our warehouse. Refunds (if applicable) are credited back to your original payment method.
