For customized tote bags, please review your design and details carefully before placing your order. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Custom items may take an additional 3–5 working days for processing.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment method or as store credit.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post. Standard shipping is ₹50 and free for orders above ₹2999. Delivery may take 3–8 working days, depending on the location.
